ACS specialises in the production of both curved and flat bulletproof glass, engineered to safeguard against projectile penetration. This glass is constructed from multiple layers of various types of glass, which are bonded together using a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer. Additionally, polycarbonate, a thermoplastic material, is incorporated to prevent spalling, allowing the glass to flex rather than shatter upon impact.
Significant attention is given to the index of refraction during the bonding process of the glass layers, ensuring that the final product offers an unobstructed view. The optical clarity and quality of the glass produced by ACS are unparalleled.

Laminated Glass
ACS Glass produces laminated glass upon request, available in both flat and curved forms. This material is classified as a type of safety glazing, consisting of two or more layers of glass bonded together with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) interlayers, which provide structural integrity upon impact. The optical clarity of laminated glass remains uncompromised. Laminated glass is particularly useful when security, flexibility, UV protection, and sound resistance are required solutions. Applications include: automobile windshields, financial institutions, law enforcement facilities, shopping centers, jewelry stores, diplomatic missions, currency exchange offices, and guard towers, among others.
